Refund & Replacement Policy

At Playlyy Toylyy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

We offer replacement only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must notify us within 1 day of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase after verification.

Products must be unused and in original packaging for replacement eligibility.
